I am former a Harvard Economics professor, Law School Professor, and Harvard Law School graduate who practices law with a sense of urgency. And I wrote a leading treatise on Secured Transactins that Westlaw features on-line.

My practice is split between handing commercial transactions and pursuing litigation.

My transactional experience ranges from representing the buyer of a $30 million art-auction house to representing the seller of a $50,000 piece of vancant property.

My litigation practice ranges from successfully representing one of the largest semi-conductor manufactors in the world in a lawsuit against a competeing semi-conductor manufacturor to representing a mother in a custody and child-support matter.

I'd be happy to provide more detail. Just send me an email or give me a call.
