Jessica D. Werner

Jessica, a native of Bloomfield Hills, earned a Bachelor of Arts in Supply Chain Management from the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University in 2016. She went on to receive her J.D. from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School, graduating in 2020 from the Auburn Hills campus.

While in law school, Jessica served as a law clerk at a personal injury firm, where she focused on medical malpractice claims. Following graduation and admission to the bar, she transitioned her practice to corporate and commercial real estate transactions, as well as general business law.

Jessica’s current practice includes drafting, reviewing, interpreting, and negotiating a wide range of transactional matters, including buy-sell agreements, commercial leases, shareholder agreements, asset purchase agreements, and real estate contracts.
